    核心素养下为了培养学生的听说能力,本文首先阐述了在小学语文教学中培养"听"能力的策略,包括激发学生"听"的兴趣,培养学生"听"的习惯.提高学生的"听"能力,加强对学生"听"的训练,然后阐述了在小学语文教学中培养学生"说"能力的策略,包括营造轻松的"听"氛围.在课堂上保持"说"的地位,并建立"说"的舞台.
