Abstract：
目前,随着社会技术的不断发展,互联网+教育已经成为当前教育的重要趋势,促进现代教育更好地适应网络时代的要求,已经成为现阶段教师教学需要思考的重要问题.现在教育讲究促进学生德智体美劳全面发展,对于班主任这个更加特殊的教育身份来说,在网络时代如何对学生进行德育教育是小学班主任在教育中必须要时刻关注的问题.为此,在本文中,笔者分析探讨了当前小学班主任德育教育存在的问题,并就如何提高小学班主任德育教育的效果提出了几点重要的对策.
