    面对严峻的就业形势,就业指导工作能够有效提高高职院校学生的竞争力.本文以克拉玛依职业技术学院为例,对在校生在就业指导需求方面开展问卷调查,指出就业指导工作的现状与存在的不足,针对问题提出建议.
