Abstract：
在全新教育理念的带动下,要求教师在教学开展的过程中应该不断进行角色定位的转换,应该从传统课堂的主导者变为引导者、辅助者,这样才可以构建学生为主、教师为辅的课堂,使得高效课堂得到构建.所以,高中教师在政治教学的开展中就应该做到多措并举,朝着高效课堂的构建不断的努力,使得预期的教育目标得到达成.
