Abstract：
学生的学习能力是有一定的差异的,但很多教师在教学的时候喜欢采用统一的教学方式,学习能力强的学生可以快速的理解知识,学习能力弱的学生觉得教师讲解的内容很深奥,无法快速的理解.时间一长,学生与学生之间的距离就会越来越大.想要改变现状,教师就需要将小组合作学习运用起来.本文从创设情境、探究问题、能力差异三个方面入手,阐述了小组合作学习的初中数学教学中的运用策略.
