    新媒体信息技术的出现与发展,拓宽了普通民众信息获取、浏览与使用的渠道,但同时也对思想政治党建工作的开展提出挑战.地方国有企业及其行政主体在党建工作开展过程中,要以思想政治理念为指导,充分利用新媒体信息传播优势、规避信息管理与应用的风险,才能有效完成对不同社会主体的思想政治教育、意识形态管理工作.
