Abstract：

互联网技术的高速发展,对学校体育教学提出了更高的要求.在大数据时代,对体育教学进行优化改革,有效整合多媒体教学资源,以期适应学校体育教学的发展需求.数字媒体教学是互联网技术下催生的新型教学方式,体育教学要紧跟信息技术技术进步,提高数字媒体在体育教学培养体系中的比重.
