    健美操是在音乐伴奏下,以身体练习为基本手段、以有氧运动为基础,达到增进健康、塑造形体和娱乐目的 的一项体育运动.健美操对小学生而言具有健身、娱乐、教育价值,以其鲜明的时代感、节奏感、韵律感,深受活泼好动、模仿能力强的小学生的喜爱.本文就小学体育教学中开展健美操的作用和策略做了探究和总结,以期能够抛砖引玉,有效促进健美操在小学体育教学中的普及和发展.
