    近年来,高职院校规模持续扩大,学生会在学生管理和推进校园文化建设等方面的作用日益凸显.本文以克拉玛依职业技术学院为例,指出了当前学生会管理过程中存在的问题,并从严格选拔机制和加强队伍建设两个方面提出对策.
