中职学生普遍存在厌学情绪,特别是面对一些难度较大的学科尤为突出,严重时导致单科学业成绩不达标,成为长期以来困扰学校提高教学质量的难题.现通过18级建筑班《建筑结构》课堂教学采用PDCA方法改进计划后有效的提高了课堂教学质量为例,谈谈PDCA方法在学校教育教学中的作用.
