Abstract：
中职毕业生阶段出现的一系列问题,实际上是高三学生在面对升学就业问题出现的选择性困惑现象.高三阶段学生的心理特征和学习方式已经发生较大的变化,针对其变化,应该在教学管理和班主任工作方面发生改变.
