    Abstract：

    PBL(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)即"基于问题的学习",它是一种以问题为基础,以学生为中心的教学模式.在我国大健康的新时代背景 下,传统"以学科为中心"的教学模式(Lecture-based Learning,LBL)日显弊端,新的教学模式PBL在临床医学教育改革中占有极其重要地位.本文通过对国内外文献的精读,梳理了国内外学者对PBL在临床专业教学中的研究现状,为更好的推动PBL在我国临床专业教学的推广提供客观依据.
