人本化理念,是科学发展观的核心,也是当前教育教学的价值取向和努力方向.人本理念的本质就是将学生视为独立的个体,尊重学生人格,开发学生的智力,促使学生全面发展.人本理念下的初中学校教学管理,也要与时俱进,实施人本管理策略,朝着人本化管理的方向发展.基于此,本篇文章对初中学校管理中人本化管理模式的运用进行研究,以供参考.
