    Abstract：

    在课堂教学中,学生出错是必然现象,教师面对学生出现的错误,要经常换位思考,站在学生的角度,将学生在学习上的错误当作一种教育教学的契机,让错误变成宝贵的课堂教学资源,充分发挥教师自己的教学智慧,灵活的采用合理的、有效的方法和策略把错误资源融入教学过程之中,为课堂教学增添一份"精彩",构建真正的学习型课堂.
