Abstract：
基于分析高职学生工匠精神的心理维度及教育路径.首先分析出主要包括认知态度;情感态度;意志态度三种特征.其次分析出通过加强职业教育的重视;加大工匠精神的宣传;组织各类技能大赛三种途径,激发学生对工匠精神的情感认同,塑造学生良好的工匠品质和意志力,最终形成锲而不舍、专心致志的职业精神与工匠精神,成为高素质的专业技能型人才.
