Abstract：
"理实一体化"是指在理论学习中穿插相应的实践操作练习,将理论和实践有机结合的教学方法.本文结合笔者多年的教学工作经验,通过分析中职机电专业的发展及技能培养现状,针对实践技能培养存在的问题,提出提升中职生实践技能的管理对策,以其为同行提供参考与借鉴.
