    国家一直提倡职业教育的发展,而职业教育的发展在于人才培养的质量.为了适应高职教育的发展,"双师型"教师队伍建设至关重要.本文通过分析目前高职院校"双师型"教师现状",分析目前"双师型"教师队伍建设存在的问题,根据问题从多视角、多层面探讨改进和完善的对策.
