    Abstract：

    教师综合技能是教师组织教育教学活动最为基础的技能,对教学效果产生着直接的影响.随着新时代的到来,教育改革的浪潮前赴后继,对教师技能的提升也迫在眉睫.为适应这种改革需求、提高教师综合技能,本研究在整合之前学者关于教师技能培训途径的基础上,通过结合自身经历、询问同辈群体、访问在职教师的方法对教师综合技能的训练途径进行了新的研究,在理论上丰富了原有的训练方法,在实际教学中能对教师基本技能的提升起到一定的帮助作用,从而更好的推进教育教学工作的开展.
