    在小学阶段班级管理中,班主任有时会因为沟通问题和学生产生隔阂,导致学生产生逆反心理,进一步会影响班主任管理工作的施展,还会打消学生的积极性,对学生的学习产生消极影响.并且教育改革在一直贯彻落实,小学教育形式务必也会发生变化,所以改善对学生的管理手段是应运而生的.
