随着新课改的不断推进,依托名师工作室促进高中语文教师专业发展已经成了提高语文教师教学能力和职业核心素养的根本方式.众所周知,名师工作室属于高端教育平台,对促进语文教师专业发展有非常重要的作用.据此,本文将以名师工作室为主体进行如下分析,希望能以名师工作室为平台,促进各位高中语文教师的专业化发展.
