高校图书馆目前越来越注重智慧服务的建设,智慧服务模式为高校图书馆的发展与学生读者的阅读体验带来了许多的提升.智慧服务模式中较为重要的一个项目就是智慧馆员队伍的建设,智慧馆员应具备较强的学术与服务能力,可以为读者提供优秀的智慧服务.本文主要讨论了高校图书馆建设智慧馆员队伍的具体方法.
