    Abstract：

    家长和教师往往由于经验、知识和能力等较学生丰富,在施行教育行为时总是不自觉的站到高位,而让学生觉得如仰望星空般难以企及.本文从笔者的一则教育实例出发,说明如何从班主任的角度引导家长与老师一同放低姿态,尊重学生、理解学生,进而达成预设的教育效果.
