Abstract：
学校是对学生实施德育教育的重要场所,在物质生活日益丰富的年代,中学生虽然物质生活丰富,但幸福感却不强.班主任作为班级管理第一责任人,在进行班级管理时将德育教育与幸福教育相结合,能帮助学生树立幸福目标,利于提升学生的幸福感,最终促进学生全面健康发展.
