    随着我国经济社会的飞速发展,人们越来越重视水利工程管理中对环境的保护,而水土保持规划则是水利工程管理中的一个重要内容,它对于人们生活、居住环境以及我国经济社会的持续健康发展都有着重要的影响和作用。本文从水利工程管理以及水土保持规划的定义出发,对水利工程管理中的水土保持规划措施进行了分析,以期对合理利用水土资源、提高土地生产力以及充分发挥水土资源的社会经济效益提供参考与借鉴。
