    Abstract：

    音乐作为一门艺术课，重在培养学生的音乐欣赏和创造能力，做到陶冶情操，修身雅兴。随着小学音乐新课改的发展，要求教师们要改变过往单一固定的音乐课教学模式，为提升学生音乐素养创造良好的环境。本文通过论述目前小学音乐教学存在的一些问题，认为在锻造音乐“精品课”的过程中，教师要精通课标，做到教学语言精炼，丰富教学环节和技能，注意知识传授的精准性，最后要打造信息化课堂，最终提升学生的音乐素养。
