Abstract：
量规是用于评价学生学习效果的途径之一，教师在发布教学任务前向学生公布量规能够明确学习目标，并且对学生的学习有导向作用。本研究将APT教学模式应用于大学英语课堂，并通过分析大学生自主学习现状以及对基于量规的APT教学需求的分析，提出了促进大学生自主学习能力的策略。
