    随着我国当前社会的发展以及教育现代化的不断推进，我国对人才的要求也在不断地提高，学校作为人才培养的基地，应当根据当前时代对人才的需求来对育人模式和育人重点进行全方位的改革以及创新。在学校的学生思政教育工作中，思政教师应当从学生当前的学习需求以及学生今后的发展为主来突出学生思政教育工作的科学化特征，从而促进学生今后的全面发展。
