Abstract：
目的探讨胰十二指肠切除联合异体小肠移植术后护理方法。方法2019年7月对本院收治的1例胰头癌患者实施了联合胰十二指肠切除联合异体小肠移植术，术后配合做好护理工作。结果患者顺利完成手术，手术时间为480min，出血量为600ml，无并发症发生，住院时间42d。结论胰十二指肠切除联合异体小肠移植术手术难度大，术后并发症多，在护理方面术前要访视、做好营养支持，术后做好患者病情观察、营养护理及预防并发症。
