Abstract：
近年来，国家不断出台各类政策加强中小学心理健康教育，班级授课是开展心理健康教育的重要模式之一。2017版的普通高中课程方案明确高中生的核心素养之一是培养学生的自主发展能力和沟通协作能力，所以我认真打磨了这节关于沟通的课，并反思了教学的各个环节，期望能提高学生的沟通能力，把心理健康教育落到实处。
