    随着我国经济的发展，环境污染问题也日渐突出。当前，环境污染已经影响到了生态的平衡，环境污染也让人们的生产、生活出现了很多不便，甚至有些地区因为水污染，居民饮水都受到影响。因此解决环境问题，对环境影响进行评价，并且针对评价制定相应的环境工程设计，具有重要意义。
