    Abstract：

    本文在创新和探索高职院校的现代学徒制人才培养方面提出了物流管理专业现代学徒制“四轮调三进阶”的人才培养新模式，通过校企深度合作，组建轮调教学管理共同体，构建人才培养路径，改革考核评价体系，形成了“校企联合、岗位培养、岗位成才”的现代学徒制人才培养模式。“四轮调三进阶”的新模式提高了人才培养的质量和精准度，值得在职业院校推广。
