    Abstract：

    在教育改革进一步深化的背景下，许多形式的教学方法和教学理念层出不穷，支架式的教学是一种新式的教学方法，其在教学方面有着重要作用，可以帮助学生更好的学习相应知识，促进学生能力的提升。基于此，本文结合实际教学经验，从“情景支架的搭建；范例支架的搭建；问题支架的搭建”三个方面入手，对高中体育支架式教学的策略进行阐述。
