    Abstract：

    由于煤矿井下地质条件复杂，生产环节繁琐，所以在生产过程中，对矿井机电设备的安全、正常运行要求更严格。随着大型机械化设备在煤矿中的应用，目前，由于存在矿井机电设备操作人员的素质不高、培训制度不完善、井下机电设备的使用不科学等问题，所以传统的、粗放的机电设备管理办法已不能满足矿井机电设备安全管理的需要。因此，需要对井下机电设备的安全管理予以高度重视，不断完善安全管理制度，加强煤矿井下机电设备安全管理措施。
