    由政府专职消防员组成的单编消防站的人员结构、管理模式、后勤保障均有其特殊性，为确保单编消防站消防员的学习培训更有针对性，进而提升单编消防站灭火救援能力，本文从思想政治教育、基础体能、基础技能、防消结合、业务理论、心理训练等6个方面介绍单编消防站消防员的学习培训要点。
