    Abstract：

    市政工程造价管理的目的在于达到资金的合理性，降低生产成本，提升资本使用率。目前，中国市政建设的工程造价管理仍面临着许多困难，加大了市政工程造价管理的难度。所以我们提出，如果在市政管理的管理流程中引入BIM技术，可以准确、快速地处理项目中的各种信息，合理地调配资源，管理工程造价，提高市政管理造价管理的效果。
