    Abstract：

    针对软土地层盾构下穿建筑物工况展开研究，首先介绍引入案例工程概况，从地质条件、设计参数等方面阐明细节，指出软土地层盾构施工具有风险较高、影响范围较大等特征。然后分步骤归纳技术实施要点，分别论述了土压控制、注浆施工、盾构纠偏、管片拼装等的具体做法，最后从工程管理角度入手，给出强化应急管理、重视监测记录等系列举措，希望能为盾构工程建设提供借鉴。
