正确认识群众工作重要性、不断增强群众工作本领是实现国家治理体系现代化的现实需要。国有企业作为了解群众、服务群众的前沿阵地，作为深入群众、联系群众的中间桥梁，有义务加强社会责任的践行、传播，其性质决定了国有企业必须坚持践行群众路线，不断提高群众意识，不断改进群众工作方法，切实做好群众工作。
