    Abstract：

    当前我国已经进入到城镇化建设的关键阶段，机电工程市场竞争日益激烈，机电安装工程普遍存在建筑行业中，机电设备不仅保证了建筑生产、施工的顺利进行，而且提高了建筑物整体质量，改善了人们的建筑居住环境。但是由于机电安装工程具有涉及技术多、应用范围广等特点，导致施工技术质量无法保证，产生了机电设备安装位置不合理、运行功能受限等问题，鉴于此，展开对建筑机电安装工程的施工技术及质量控制的探讨具有重要的现实意义。
