Abstract：
阅读在中学语文教学中占有重要的地位，由于受应试教育的影响，学生以一种消极的、固定的思维方式来进行研究。语文阅读是一种动态的、独特的体验，具有普遍的个性化特征，新课改也在不断地呼吁中学语文阅读教学的个性化。以“个性化阅读”为目标，丰富了学生的认知，促进了学生的全面、健康地发展。本文从创设情境，激发兴趣、交流对话，培养思维、构建民主课堂三个方面进行讨论，帮助教师提高教学质量。
