Abstract：
素质教育强调学生应在学习文化知识的基础上有效进行体育技能学习，以确保学生具有健康的身体素质。提高学生的体育核心素养，这是学生未来继续学习和适应社会的基本性质和关键能力，可以为学生以后的学习、工作和生活打下基础。所以小学体育教师需要探索新的教学方法，按照课程改革的标准进行教学，以激发学生的学习积极性，提高学生的学习能力，促进学生体育核心素养的培养。
