Abstract：
近年来，随着行业环境的不断变化，建筑企业在日常经营及生产过程中面临着很多问题，其中最为明显的就是在财务管理方面出现了诸多缺陷，严重阻碍了企业的有效运营，降低了企业的经济效益。而通过加强财务内部控制，可以帮助企业显著降低项目的财务风险，实施科学的企业运营成本管理体系，最终达到理想的财务和经济目标，这对于建筑企业在建筑行业的生存和发展至关重要。
