    Abstract：

    引入网络教育培训是对传统教培的一种创新，这种更加新颖的培训方式从专业角度入手提高教师的教育教学水平、增强师德素养，在现阶段教师培训中应用广泛。但是教师网络培训也容易受到不同因素影响，导致教学质量降低，基于此，本文从教师网络培训的特点、影响教师网络培训质量的因素、提高开展教师网络培训质量措施策略三个方面进行分析。
