    Abstract：

    高一新生入学适应问题表现为学习适应、情绪情感、人际关系、生活适应等问题，如果适应问题得不到及时缓解和解决，会影响到接下来的高中学习生涯，甚至影响到步入社会生活的适应性。本文探究高一新生学校适应策略，个人适应策略为合理定位，超越自我；学校适应策略为搭建平台，渗透融合；家长适应策略为关注转变，形成合力。
