Abstract：
新课程改革的深入发展，要求初中语文教师要进行必要的教学反思，不断优化教学方法，为学生带来理想的课堂学习效果。所谓的教学反思主要是指教师完成授课内容后根据学生的反馈研究自己的课堂设计，通过教学反思教师可以总结自己的教学活动，从而进行深入全面的探究，结合实际的教学效果进行调整，为学生呈现更好的学习环境，使课堂教学更具实效性和科学性。
