Abstract：
中学生在体育认知方面有些许欠缺，而篮球作为一项促进学生身体健康成长，增强学生的运动能力，帮助学生形成良好的运动习惯具有重要意义。基于此，中学体育教师需创新体育教学方法，在日常的体育课堂中加深对篮球项目的练习，帮助学生激发运动兴趣，提升学生的自我运动意愿，促进篮球课堂的有效执行。
