Abstract：
老师在初中语文课程上，应培育学生的文化自觉意识，培养其对语言知识中所包含的人文因素更为强烈的认识意识，以此提高其的整体语文能力，使之在各种教学任务中得以良好地进行。所以，老师应善于引导他们读书、研究诗歌小说，引导他们广泛涉猎课外名篇，积累大量的文学常识，以便培育他们广泛涉猎课外名篇的文学能力。
