Abstract：
心理学在教育教学工作中的作用毋庸置疑，尤其是积极心理学在高中教学工作中的重要性越来越受到重视，在当下紧张的高中学业竞争背景下，积极心理教有利于高中生全身心为高考备战，有利于高中教师将知识传授予学生，也有利于高中校园生活的顺利进行。然而，在高考压力源等的因素制约下，高中生的心理健康问题令人担忧，学校、家长和教师也对高中生的心理健康问题逐渐重视，尤其是如何促进学生心理健康，心理健康工作如何开展便成了当下燃眉问题。
