    Abstract：

    传统的小学数学教学之中,针对课堂中的"出错",老师常采取的一种方式,就是对其不断讲解,直至学生不再做错为止.这种方式虽然能够有效提升学生的实际学习效果,但却不能将"出错"教学资源的作用充分发挥出来,老师需要加强对变"出错"为"出彩"策略的研究,以此来真正将"出错"教学资源促进学生全面发展的作用发挥出来.
