    随着经济的不断发展,初中的教育也在不断的转变管理策略.初中生往往是非常有个性的,并且教师在管理的过程中会出现很多的困难.但是作为教师,应该仔细的考虑学生的管理问题,不断的随着时代的发展,有很多管理的手段和方法都需要相应的进行转变,在新时代的背景下,如何进行最佳的管理是本文所要研究的重点内容.
