    中职种植专业人才培养模式的设计要以校企合作为平台,工学结合为切入点,基于企业需求设计顶岗实习,构建与人才培养模式相适应的课程体系,把握地域优势与市场需求,明确种植专业的人才培养目标与专业定位,探索"校农联合、工学结合、顶岗实习"专业人才培养模式,多渠道地培养学生的实践技能,提高教学质量,提升中职学校的竞争力.
